Das Buch ist wirklich sehr gut und verständlich geschrieben. Es ist ideal als Einstieg in das Thema Six Sigma. Es erklärt die Hintergründe und geht verständlich auf benötigte statistische Grundlagen ein.

Selbst als Six Sigma Black Belt schaue ich gerne mal in diesem Buch nach. Für Six Sigma Anfänger ein sehr gutes Buch im zu verstehen, was man mit den System erreichen will und kann!
Für eine Einführung in das Thema Six Sigma sehr zu empfehlen...Aufbau des Buches zum Eigenstudium und auch zur Auffrischung geeignet.

Interessanter Schreibstil, Thema wird gut und nachvollziehbar erklärt! Der Autor ist kompetent und vermittelt den Einstieg in anschaulicher Art und Weise.
Die mitbestellte "Qualitätssicherung für Dummies" hat mir schon die wichtigsten Fragen beantwortet. Für mich herrscht viel Redundanz zwischen den beiden "für Dummies"-Büchern.
Gut geschrieben, wie immer diese Serie.Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Niveau erfordert aber Ergänzung.Ein Bisschen unsystematisch....Aber empfehlenswert.
